Proposal to Incorporate Krönlein into Keetmanshoop Urban Constituency Gains Traction

Joseph Isaacks, Chairperson of the ||Kharas Regional Council and councillor for Keetmanshoop Urban Constituency, has suggested integrating Krönlein into the urban constituency. Currently under Keetmanshoop Rural Constituency, Krönlein residents face challenges accessing urban services despite paying rates to Keetmanshoop Municipality. Isaacks argues for the move citing inequitable access to relief and services, urging the Boundaries Delimitation and Demarcation Commission to consider the change.

Former First Lady of Namibia, Madam Penehupifo Pohamba has joined the Nampharm Foundation as its patron to celebrate the social welfare organisation’s 19th anniversary of providing life-changing surgery to Namibian children.
