Nobel Laureate Abdulrazak Gurnah commended South Africa's efforts to end the Gaza conflict during the 22nd Nelson Mandela lecture in Johannesburg. Gurnah criticized Israeli leaders for prolonging the war, which has resulted in thousands of deaths and mass displacement.
