India's Election body has asked social media platform X to take down a video depicting Muslims as disproportionate beneficiaries of past government policies. Judge refuses Trump’s mistrial request following Stormy Daniels testimony

The judge in Donald Trump's hush money case has refused his request for a mistrial, after explicit testimony from adult film star Stormy Daniels. His defense lawyers said her details of the alleged sexual encounter with the former president were "extremely prejudicial", and requested the trial be disbanded.
