U.S. highest court considering punishment for homeless public sleeping

The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments on Monday weighing up whether it's ok for a city to punish homeless people for camping on public property when they have nowhere else to go. A U.N report on a review of the world body's humanitarian organisation, UNRWA has found it has robust frameworks to ensure compliance with humanitarian neutrality.
