Blinken wraps up day two of Mideast crisis tour

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is set to visit Israel and the West Bank on Wednesday, as the war in Gaza moves into its fourth month. The trip comes as there's quiet optimism a deal to end the fighting may be achieved, which could also see the release of Israeli captives being held in the strip.
