Russia has labelled US-funded broadcaster Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) an "undesirable organisation", according to a registry held by the country's Justice Ministry. Regional tensions are mounting after an alleged Israeli strike on a residential building in the Syrian capital Damascus on Wednesday, with state media reporting the blast killed two people.
