Korea and China hold first diplomatic security dialogue since 2015

South Korea and China are set to hold a high-level diplomatic and security dialogue on Tuesday in Seoul, led by South Korean vice foreign minister Kim Hong-kyun and his Chinese counterpart Sun Weidong, The high level meetings coincide with Russian President Vladimir Putin's first visit to North Korea in 24 years. Nikhil Gupta is scheduled to appear Monday in a New York courthouse on federal murder-for-hire charges.
