Kamala Harris has conceded the US presidential election and encouraged a peaceful transfer of power to president-elect Donald J. Trump. It comes after a stunning win by Trump to return him to the White House four years after he lost the 2020 election. Harris spoke to supporters at her former university, Howard in Washington DC.
