​In North America, a Texas judge in the U.S has ordered a New York doctor to stop prescribing and sending abortion pills in the mail. The first-of-its kind case could test the limits of a New York law that shields doctors from out-of-state prosecution. Toni Waterman has more.

In the U.S, Fight to limit abortion pill access back in play after new lawsuit filed

  A new battle is brewing in the fight over access to abortion pills in the U.S. Idaho, Kansas and Missouri have filed a request seeking to restrict access to the drug, after the Supreme Court tossed out a similar case earlier this year. It comes just ahead of the presidential election, where reproductive rights is a top issue for U.S voters. Here with additional details: Toni Waterman.
