More than one million now displaced in Haiti

The United Nations reports that the number of people in Haiti who have fled their homes has risen threefold in the last year. Haiti declares State-of-Emergency

Haiti has declared a 72-hour state of emergency and night curfew in and around the capital because of two jailbreaks and spiralling insecurity.
