The Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested Liam Mbako, a Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform Hydrologist Technician, and Godfried Uiseb, owner of MacGodmen Trading CC, for allegedly defrauding the Ministry with a Water Sampling Trailer that was never delivered, involving N$387,397 in payments.
