By Maria Namupala Oshikoto Regional Governor Sacky Kathindi has inaugurated four newly constructed boreholes in the villages of Akazulu, Onelao, Otatashe, and Oshikondeilwa. The water project, valued at N$25 million, was officially commissioned on Monday.
