Namibia and Brazil have marked the 30th anniversary of their Naval Cooperation Agreement, a milestone in Brazil's significant naval presence in Africa. The event coincides with the 30th anniversary of Walvis Bay and offshore islands' handover to Namibia on 28 February 1994.
