In a solemn announcement on World Cancer Day, the Namibian Presidency conveyed the somber news of President Dr. Hage G. Geingob's passing on the 4th of February. The official press statement revealed that the President breathed his last just after midnight, surrounded by his close relatives who stood by him during his final moments.
