insert_link Africa DRC Seeks Chad’s Military Support Against M23 Rebels The Democratic Republic of Congo, according to Reuters, has formally requested military assistance from Chad to combat the escalating insurgency by Rwanda-backed M23 rebels in its eastern provinces.
