Chinese rail giant pulls out of $600Mn tender after EU probe

Chinese rail giant CRRC has withdrawn its 660 million dollar bid to supply electric trains to Bulgaria after an EU probe. Officials in Brussels were investigating if the company had used state subsidies to artificially lower its tender offer. Ishan Garg has more from Brussels.
