French President to pick new PM after ousting

French President Emmanuel Macron has called for a "spirit of hope" in his country, as the nation wrestles with a constitutional crisis after its Prime Minister was kicked out of office. Monsieur Macron, in a televised address on Thursday night, vowed to appoint a new premier in the coming days. From Paris, Ross Cullen reports.
