Construction industry reacts to a collective agreement

The Construction Industries Federation of Namibia and the Metal and Allied Namibian Workers Union have signed a Collective Agreement on minimum wage and employment conditions. Submitted to the Labour Minister's office on 4 October 2023, the agreement seeks to extend its binding nature to all construction sector employers and employees.
