Namibia’s Corruption Levels Stable, Says ACC Chief

Namibia's corruption ranking remains the same as last year. Graham Hopwood from the Institute for Public Policy Research links this to the Fishrot case dragging on, lack of fishing industry reforms, and failure to amend laws like the Marine Resources Act.
