US rules out Ukraine returning to pre-2014 borders

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has ruled out a return to Ukraine's pre-2014 borders during his first meeting with NATO allies. It's the clearest signal yet the US is prepared to hand over territory to Russia in any potential peace deal. Nick Harper reports from Washington.

He demands Kiev to pull out its troops from the four regions Russia had claimed its own after launching military aggression against Ukraine in 2022.
