The Ministry of Mines and Energy is hosting a six-day advanced course in Swakopmund on protection and assistance during chemical incidents. Fourie Nhoni, the mines ministry’s Senior Public Relations Officer, says participants from Southern African countries will receive both theoretical and practical training to improve emergency preparedness.
