Free Water Meters Launched in Grootfontein

Photo: Grootfontein Municipality Grootfontein municipality has begun providing free prepaid water meters to residents as a measure to reduce outstanding debts and increase town revenue. Municipal official Luke Salomo reports that more than 600 residents applied for the meters since the programme started.
