City of Windhoek Council to write-off over half a billion in debt

The City of Windhoek Council has announced a debt relief programme for eligible residents and businesses, totalling N$524 million. This is according to a press release issued on Tuesday by City of Windhoek spokesperson Lydia Amutenya.
