UN warns of a health emergency in the DRC

  United Nations humanitarian agencies are warning of a region-wide health emergency following the outbreak of fighting in the city of Goma in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. While UN agencies report "relative calm" on Wednesday, they say rebel M23 fighters are still in control of "a significant portion of the city".
