Floods displace hundreds in northern Namibia

Heavy rains in northern Namibia are causing severe flooding in the Ohangwena and Oshana regions. The floodwaters, partly coming from southern Angola, have forced hundreds of residents to flee their homes. Powerful storms have battered vast swathes of America's southeast, causing multiple fatalities and leaving hundreds of thousands of homes without power. US President Donald Trump has approved a request for disaster relief funding. But more extreme weather is expected in the days ahead. Benji Hyer reports.
