Competition Commission Approves Dundee-Sinomine Merger with Employment Conditions

The Competition Commission has approved the merger between Dundee Precious Metals Tsumeb Holdings and China’s Sinomine Resource Group, provided there are no retrenchments of Namibian employees for three years.
