Kadiva Hamutumwa elected President of NEKA

The Namibian Exile Kids Association's Annual General Meeting has elected Kadiva Hamutumwa as its new president, with Sackey Nendongo as deputy and Elisabeth Nghitende as Secretary-General, assisted by Simubali Simubali.
