LPM Officially Joins IPC Election Court Battle

The Electoral Court has ruled that the Landless People’s Movement can join the Independent Patriots for Change in its legal bid to challenge the 2024 National Assembly election. Judges ruled in favor after no opposition was raised against LPM’s application to co-apply in the case. Electoral Court upholds ECN decision against NEFF

The Electoral Court has ruled in favor of the Electoral Commission of Namibia, dismissing a case by the Namibia Economic Freedom Fighter without costs.
