Jacqueline Cloete, a landlord in Windhoek’s Damara Location in Katutura, has welcomed the government’s intervention to relieve consumers from the recently announced bulk and distribution utilities’ tariffs for the 2024/2025 financial year. The government is providing approximately N$365 million to subsidize electricity consumers, effective from July 1 ths year to June 30, 2025.
