Electricity Tarrif Increases

Shaun Gariseb of the Katutura Residents Committee, is taking a stand against the proposed electricity tariff increase in Windhoek. In adherence to the Electricity Act and regulations, Gariseb recently lodged objections with the Electricity Control Board.
