New Delhi sees air quality dip on Diwali

A thick grey layer of smog has engulfed New Delhi with pollution levels making the Indian capital the world's most polluted city. Millions are also marking the Hindu festival of Diwali in India on Thursday. Forecasts show air quality will significantly worsen in the next 24 hours with many in Delhi defying a firecracker ban.
