February 2024 inflation rate drops to 5.0%

Namibia's annual inflation rate for February 2024 decreased to 5.0% from 7.2% in February 2023. According to Namibia Statistics Agency spokesperson Mirjam Shihepo, major contributors to the rate were food and non-alcoholic beverages, transport, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco.
