Thirty-three suspected human trafficking victims were rescued from a house in Benoni, Gauteng, yesterday evening. KwaZulu-Natal police were tracing a suspect in connection with a kidnapping case when the 33 were discovered and rescued. One suspect has been arrested. KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson, Robert Netshiunda, says they are looking at a possible human trafficking syndicate.
