Solar Century Africa Limited and SolNam Energy have received their updated generation license from the Electricity Control Board for the SolNam 60 MWp solar project near Keetmanshoop. US lawmakers have voted down legislation that would bring in new border restrictions and give aid to Ukraine and Israel. Senate Republicans blocked the bipartisan border deal and foreign aid package, by 50 votes to 49.Now, Democrats are trying to pass a revised bill which strips out the immigration measures and only includes aid.
