Israel Defense Forces fire at UN Peacekeepers in Lebanon

The United Nations says Israel Defense Forces have fired on UN peacekeepers in Lebanon early Thursday morning. This is the latest in a string of reports coming out of Lebanon following more intense fighting overnight. In S.A, Gauteng's Department of Health reports that over 70 matric learners from various West Rand schools are receiving treatment at Carletonville District Hospital due to suspected food poisoning. The incident occurred this morning during a matric camp at Fochville Secondary School. The department’s Motalatale Modiba says while one learner was taken to a private facility, the others are in stable condition:
