Trump is spending the day in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Michigan. The former president is asking people to get out to vote as soon as possible. Harris, meanwhile, is hitting multiple locations in Pennsylvania.

South African Police arrested over 13-thousand in Operation Shanela in the past week

  The South African Police Service arrested 13-thousand-and-20 suspects in Operation Shanela in the past week. Police spokesperson Amanda van Wyk says the arrests include two-thousand-and-52 for serious crimes, 140 for murder, 99 firearms were seized and one-thousand-180 rounds of ammunition confiscated. She emphasised the police's commitment to continue these efforts to combat crime effectively:
