U.S. Ambassador to the UN Agencies for Food and Agriculture, Jeffrey Prescott, stated that a significant portion of this funding will support UN agencies and aid groups offering urgent food assistance, healthcare, nutrition, shelter, water, sanitation, and hygiene.
