Investigations Underway in Otavi Suicide and Otjiwarongo Stabbing

A 32-year-old man, Hiyana Luwa, committed suicide in Otavi Police holding cells on Saturday morning. Arrested on stock theft charges, Luwa was found hanging from a blanket. No foul play is suspected. Separately, 30-year-old Uarotua Kangombe was fatally stabbed in Otjiwarongo's Heroes Park on Sunday.
