ECN Expresses Satisfaction with Voter Registration Turnout in Otjozondjupa Region

Representatives of the Electoral Commission of Namibia in the Otjozondjupa Region expressed satisfaction with the registration of 46,126 eligible voters who have acquired new voter cards across the region's seven constituencies. Otjozondjupa Regional Electoral Officer Victoria Amutenya highlighted that Otjiwarongo registered the highest number with 11,798 voters, followed by Okahandja with 9,776, and Grootfontein with 8,606. The ECN is optimistic about further increasing these numbers with improved registration operations.
