Jordan's King Abdullah II has said his country would take in 2000 sick Palestinian children from Gaza, signaling new openness to a plan by US President Donald Trump to resettle the residents of the war-torn strip. Speaking to reporters during their meeting at the White House, President Trump asserted again that the US "will have Gaza," citing "US authority" to claim the enclave. The United Nations says it has reached a major milestone in humanitarian aid deliveries into Gaza. Tom Fletcher, the UN's head of humanitarian affairs on Thursday said 10 thousand trucks have entered the enclave since the ceasefire began on 19 January.
