U.N Security Council vote on Gaza postponed again

The United Nations Security Council has officially postponed the vote on a humanitarian resolution on Gaza to Thursday. The vote was first scheduled for Monday but due to "intense" negotiations between member states the vote has been postponed several times. These delays come amid reported disagreements by the United States which has been trying to change the language of the resolution. Jody Jacobs reports from the United Nations.
