Elon Musk — an unelected advisor to U.S President Donald Trump — has been blocked from accessing sensitive information within the US Treasury Department. A federal judge in Washington DC granted the order after the billionaire businessman's so-called Department of Government Efficiency was tasked with overhauling the government's payment system. Nigerian President Bola Tinubu has dismissed five ministers and appointed seven new ones in a major cabinet reshuffle aimed at improving government efficiency. Key appointments, according to Duetsche Welle, include new ministers for humanitarian affairs, trade, labor, and livestock development.
