The Landless People's Movement leader Henny Seibeb has issued a Notice Of Question to the Mines minister. In this week's parliamentary session, he wants Thomas Alweendo to respond to reports of underhandedness when it comes to issuance of Petroleum Exploration Licences and the potential for corruption.
