Windhoek Extends Deadline for Voluntary Exchange of Katutura and Khomasdal Houses

The Municipal Council of Windhoek has provided an update on the Voluntary Exchange Programme for houses built in the 1959-1960s in Katutura and Khomasdal. The initiative, designed to celebrate and conserve the city’s heritage, has seen 23 applications so far.
