Air Cargo Demand Surges in July, Marking Strong Year for the Industry

April 2024 Air Travel Demand Surges According To International Air Transport Association

The International Air Transport Association reported an 11.0% increase in global passenger demand for April 2024 compared to April 2023, with capacity up 9.6% and a load factor of 82.4%. International travel demand rose 15.8%, and domestic demand increased by 4, with load factors of about 82% and 82.6 respectively. Airlines’ Profit Projections Improve for 2024

The International Air Transport Association has upgraded its profitability forecasts for airlines in 2024, surpassing its June and December 2023 projections.
