Second US judge blocks Trump’s birthright citizenship order

A United States federal judge in Maryland blocked President Donald Trump's executive order preventing the children of undocumented migrants from receiving birthright citizenship. District Judge Deborah Boardman says the executive order runs counter to the country's 250-year laws of citizenship by birth and likely violates an 1898 Supreme Court decision on the issue.
