Donald Trump has again claimed that the gag order imposed on him by the judge overseeing his criminal hush money case is unconstitutional. At a hearing on Tuesday prosecutors accused the former president of violating the order 11 times during recent weeks. Judge Juan Mercan is yet to make a ruling on whether Trump's actions warrant a fine or even prison time. William Denselow reports from New York.
