The Justice ministry is advocating for the Guardian Fund, valued at over N$2 billion, to become an autonomous entity. Acting Chief Public Relations Officer Edmund //Khoaseb stated that the Fund, currently managed as a department within the Ministry, needs restructuring to enhance its management and efficiency.
