In S.A, AfriForum has initiated legal proceedings to challenge the National Assembly’s appointment of former impeached judge-president John Hlophe to the Judicial Services Commission. The civil rights organisation argues Hlophe's appointment is irrational and unlawful given his previous misconduct.
