The future of New York City's congestion pricing programme hangs in the balance. On Wednesday, U.S president Donald Trump ordered the project be scrapped but New York governor Kathy Hochul insists it's here to stay. Hochul and her team have sued over the order and announced it would continue to collect the tolls until a federal judge tells it to stop. Jody Jacobs has more from New York.
The New York state Governor says there is "no evidence" the vehicle explosion at the US-Canada border was "terrorist activity". Two people died after a car went airborne, and crashed in a border checkpoint booth at the Rainbow Bridge crossing near Niagara Falls. The FBI is investigating and earlier the four border crossings in the area were closed. Governor Kathy Hochul briefed reporters on the latest.
